These nightmares
Are burning away
Disipating
Like stars in the sky
While I'm getting lost
In the world of a dream
So I dance with the devil
While a demon's on my back
Searching for heaven
While I'm stuck in this hell
I'm taking my time
Finding my way
Cause nothing else matters
When I'm not myself
Heroes fall asleep
In the dead of night
The moon up high
While I tread a thin line
Wide awake
Cause I feel alive
When darkness rises
Through the bleakest sky
Its alright
I'll be fine
All on my own
Looking out
At the sky
Searching for hope
It may seem
To be picture pefect
Burning away
With flames
Out of control
While losing sight
Of all that we've known
It's all collateral damage
In the end
